I have been slouching a lot lately! I am really noticing it! I need to improve! I don’t want to be one of those old ladies who is getting shorter because she doesn’t stand up straight and the damage becomes permanent! I need to work on this. Going to try to think about it all the time!

Well, I have completely stalled on this one. Had a lot going on, including a very intense training at work. I think this project will be on hold until after Christmas.
Well, I am now officially halfway through the academy. It has been pretty rough. The academy has been stressful enough, but I have also had a lot going on in my personal life. I will make it through this, but it is not going to be easy.
