Yoga is amazing, it make syour entire body feel alive.
No one ever realizes how they sleepwalk through their lives until they make the decision to wake up. Yoga makes breathing more satisfying, brings confidence, contentment, happiness, and makes your body stronger and more at ease.
The few months that i was actively going yoga every day were the most peaceful and satisfying days of my life. My body had never been happier.
Unfortunately I had had a torn muscle and yoga had strained it further so i had to stop in order to heal. But I shall begin again soon I believe.
