If I write about my experience here… then it might give you pre-conceived notions about yours. So give it a try, and draw your own conclusions. Personally, I found it to be a very challenging (physically and mentally) ...but never overwhelmingly so… experience. Each day brought new riches and discoveries about myself. I feel like I’ve finally learned a useful (and sustainable) tool to help me become a better, happier, more fulfilled human being. If you try it… best of luck!!!

“In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference, and in thirty you’ll have a whole new body.”—Joseph H. Pilates
love to visit, LOVE not living there

Growing up in Western Michigan, I felt stifled and dreamed of living somewhere with more sunshine, more opportunities, and more open-mindedness (especially toward women). I moved away in ‘89 and have been MUCH happier in Houston. I still visit MI once a year, and I can (now) appreciate the things that make it special. Western Michigan has a lot of beauty and a lot of wonderful people… and it’s come a loooooong way since I left… but it’s just not “me”.
