I did 6 miles run Saturday and 5.5 run on Sunday. Running speed improved. It’s all about mental toughness. Your body can do it if you can set your mind to.
Next 4 weeks plan:
5 Miles weekdays 3-4 times a week. 6 Miles Weekends.

I started to do 3 days 4 miles run on weekday and 2 days 5 miles run on weekend. Feeling so good. I lost 2 lbs. Yeah.
