How I did it: Studied a lot. Went to a reasonably good school. Studied some more.Seriously, I think the fact that I went to a school that focused on preparing you for the bar exam and for practice, rather than primarily on legal theory, helped a lot. I took the summer off from work and simply studied. I set up a schedule and more or less stuck to it.
