How I did it: Found the exercise that I enjoy. Then I started to do it several times a week. It became a habit for me. I go with my husband. He enjoys going frequently and pushes me to go on days I don't feel like going and I push him on other days. It really works out to have each other as a team effort. Then after we exercise we sit in the hot tub as a reward. I look forward to that so I get excited to go. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was fed up with how I felt so I decided to give up caffeine and eat less sugary foods. I became more active but I did it with things I was having fun doing. I just couldn't get myself to do the things that I found boring. There are fun active things out there. You just have to find what you like. And just losing even a few pounds, makes you feel so good that you WANT to do more! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I cannot honestly say that I got healthy again or that this task is completed, as it may never be truly completed. It will be most likely be ongoing for the rest of my life. But I can say that I am feeling healthier now and much more educated. Even if my journey has only begun.Research online, books and talked online to other people on what they did to feel better. And read blogs. Everything I know still feels like theories and ideas more… Read how I did it…
