i suddenly looked at this one on my list and was like…. i do. it was weird. i must have known why i picked it origially…. i must have changed somewhere along the way cause i know for sure i appreciate what i have! i dont think you really know what you have till you dont have it anymore. dont take anything/one for granted, it will come back and bite you in the ass.

just little things like picking up any litter you see in your path, and putting it in the bin…..offering to do the washing up or ironing….or making your friend (s) feel really good about themselves when you talk to them…letting your siblings listen to your ipod and completely run down the battery…putting loads of effort into a birthday present, decorating th card etc…. making your mum tea…. stuff like that. it increases the happy endorphins!!!
