The Story 3 months ago

For the past two years I’ve been in love with someone, but they have a girlfriend. I want them to be happy… but it kills me severely seeing them together and it hurts knowing I’m not the one with this person. I haven’t done anything to try and steal them but it doesn’t help that I want to.
My only idea on what to do is slowly die from a broken heart or commit suicide to stop the emotional and physical pain I feel. No, therapy and medication isn’t helping. I already tried that.
Please Help?
