While yoga is yoga, I found Ashtanga Yoga to be a bit different. It is more energetic and less boring than doing a random sequence of yoga-asanas. I got hold of some good videos on this.

course for a hundred

I was in a bit of a hurry to do a hundred. Now I am stuck at around 25. I can get to a hundred, but it will take patience. I expect one more month before I hit the target. No hurry.
