ive got to say im definitely a yo-yo dieter. i think that is mainly because im not overweight as such i just want to lose my love handles and chunky knees etc. so i give up easily. also i only see my boyfriend every two weeks or so and when hes over we have meals and get take aways etc and i dont go to the gym : /
anyhoo…. the past week i have been eating stupidly well (maybe not as healthy for my body though) and i have been hitting the gym running. i can now wear a pair of jeans which were very tight, very comfortably now and i no longer have my bra on the loosest hook- its now on the tightest.
im on the cabbage soup diet this week! wish me luck.
good luck to all of you guys too!

im twenty, which yeah is still pretty young. i really dont cook enough. i can barely boil an egg correctly and i could never cook a roast. sometime in the next few years ill be moving out and i wont be able to survive. my mother still cooks all my meals- and shes does it well! cooking more is a good way to spend more time with my mother and learn some life skills. once in a while i can cook for her too. im definitely going to do this. i was thinking i could maybe cook a meal with my boyfriend this sunday for my family. any good meal ideas?
