How I did it: I added this goal to my list & then was feeling bad about not doing anything BIG to accomplish it. However, I just realised that I have been doing this all along. Just two days ago I referred five of my friends for a job opening & today I spent close to an hour & a half helping a colleague prepare her resume. She was thrilled with the outcome! So I'm at it. Creating "POSITIVE KARMA".Just that I need to be more present to it &am… Read how I did it…
When I was a kid I wanted to learn violin & flute.
As I was growing up it was saxophone that attracted me the most.
During college days, I was inclined to learn tabla.
I think that its time for me to stop wanting & start acting.
Will update you as soon as I start my music classes.
I performed in a play with my college theatre group. As per the original script, the character I was playing out has a decent role length but the importance & impact of it was marginal. However, I developed my character’s body language so well that it became the most loved character by the audience & mine became the only comical character in an othewise satirical play. The best compliment that I received was, “People start laughing the moment you enter the stage.” The play went to to become a decent success & we did a few ticketed shows of it as well.
The best part about being in a play? Actually there are many. To name a few:
The fun u have with ur team while rehearsing
The improvisations u do while developing the character
The applause. (Warning: It can be addictive :)
