My daughter was born 10 months ago, and I’m still using that as my excuse NOT to exercise and eat right. Consequently I’ve put on A LOT weight. I’m a bit ‘scared’ to go back to the gym and do my assessment. I know I’m unhealthy and now I’ll have to be assessed to tell me even worse things about myself .. urgh!! Ohh well, the first step is the hardest – I’ve done it once before, I can do it again!
