the best choice was buying a kickbox aerobik dvd! im doing it from three weeks every single day, 30 mins. it helped me a lot! exercising at home worked for me, in the gym i always feel frustrated.. and its so good to take a cool shower rit after i finish.. it might not work for all people, but for me it did

i always get colds in the winter… usually about 2 times.. so now its the 2nd day of december and i got a cold few days ago… im fine now, but after this cold is over, i dont want to get sick anymore this whooole winter. i decided to take vitamin c every day, drink lots of water and tea ( which i already do) exercise a lot, eat healthily, not to stress too much, and just have time for myself.
