How I did it
How I did it: I I just ran to my favorite song without watching the time for the distance. After I was finished, I realized I ran over a quarter of a mile! And I try to make myself run even when I don't feel like it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: At first I added a bit of lemon to my tea to add a bit of taste, and then just forced mself to drink it. After a few weeks, I found I liked the taste, and now sometimes I crave it!
