How I did it: It was hard to figure out what to put in it, but I finally just decided to put in things that I enjoy. A book, candy bars, bumper stickers, maple syrup, a framed picture of me :) And she asked for some easy cheese... yum? Read how I did it…
How I did it: I stopped drinking caffeine 5 years ago when I joined a dance organization and my instructor said that we all had to stop drinking any caffeine in order to maintain energy in practice and stay hydrated better. I snuck it every once in a while, of course, but after about a month, I never cared to drink any pop or coffee drink at all. After 5 years, dark sodas with caffeine in them gross me out and I do not miss any of those drinks at all… Read how I did it…
I gave blood again on the 23rd this month. Last 2 times my iron was low and this time I was sure to eat properly and take plenty of pills to make it adequate. It was also nice that I got $11 to Oberweis.
and my Iron was low again! I’ve been taking more pills and trying to eat more red meat and such. I’m so upset that this is happening.
Damn college dorm food. All the meat looks so shady.
