i got injured and am not yet stupid enough to try to race this month after taking a few weeks off. bummer.
ok ok ok
in an attempt to eat healthier to make my running life less hell-ish, i’m going to stop eating meat. that might not sound logical, but i am positive that all of the most unhealthy things i eat contain meat (take for example the hot dog with chili i had for lunch yesterday.) so.. here goes nothing.
except bacon. i’m not letting go of that yet.
