Pretty much anywhere you can stick it in passing and anywhere highly visited by the general public. How I did it: I registered, I came, I voted.Oh, dear, 150 characters minimum. Well, there were a lot of local charter amendments I had no clue about, but you couldn't skip them, so I just tried to understand the excerpts as best as I could. How I did it: Wanting to get downtown, my friend and I walked down the street to a gas station and asked a guy at the pump if he was going West. He gave us a ride and we asked him questions like Where are you from? What do you do? Where have you been? The guy was real chill and you could tell he was happy to have people to tell his stories to. It was truly awesome.He dropped us at a gas station where we were turned down a few times.
