I drink nothing but water everyday but last weekend I got into the wine :( I think its alright tho I am doing so much better then before

I am doing so good! Now on a typical day I eat a bowl of cheerios with low fat milk for breakfast, a ham sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato for lunch, a low fat yogurt for a snack and ALL veggies for supper with some boneless skinless chicken every once and a while. I feel so much better. And im watching how much i eat too. If Im full, stop eating. I use to eat all day everyday all junk, Pepsi, chips, chocolate bars, fast food, french fries etc.. i still crave that stuff SOOOO bad but im resisting
