I am able to stay at 187-191 currently. I am walking 4-5 miles a day, but have slacked on the exercise bike lately. I am going to start that again today. Burning 1000 calories a day is my goal. It really isn’t hard.

Amber and I are moving in together sometime in the next couple of months. She desesrves the best and I plan on being the best I can be. I will do my best to avoid being selfish in any way. Our relationship is being built in a positive way.. She makes me better and I am very lucky. What a woman!!!
I have written my autobiography and published it as well. The best piece of advice I can give you is write for yourself…Set reachable goals at the beginning and they will become an aid in motivating you as well. I set a goal to write five pages a day and held myself to it..I was not difficult to do that. I closed myself off for five months because I did not want any distractions and that helped as well. Write in a room that has little decoration and distractions. lulu.com will allow to do your thing and best of all it is free.
My book is titled Speed Limt 25. Good luck!!
