So I was out-of-pocket for awhile but I have picked this goal back up. I’m going to try a slow and steady approach this time and see if I can do any better.

How I did it: I'm not quite sure how I did it. For me, I think it began with the realization that I have gotten to a point where I am satisfied with my life. I relinquished the desire to be heard and I listen more. I do not agonize over discovering the newest experience but I do what I can within my power to enjoy the present.
