I wonder if social networks are like ‘Highlander’ : i.e. there can be only one. I don’t think so. It’s a crowded niche space though …. maddening how much overlap there is.

OK my excuse is that I’ve been busy exploring facebook and reviewing my pastor’s sermons weekly. I still see the benefit of a forum like 43things over facebook networks (where anonymity is lost, and social group/networks mimic rl networks), so I’m not ready to give up yet. This socialnetworking thing is quite a revolution.

I’m not interested in gene therapy, but I think the reduced, restricted diet and exercise idea really makes this goal achievable. Let’s see (the rules): no smoking, regular exercise, regular meditation sleep, reduced stress, no sex … wait! No sex?! I think I’d better think this through a bit more.
