How I did it
How I did it: I printed out a training schedule from RunnersWorld.com, and figuratively put it on the kitchen fridge by telling everyone that i was in training. My sister and i trained together, but without any formal training. We raced the Dallas White Rock marathon in 2008 and liked it so much we came back for more at White Rock 2009. We are currently in training for Oklahoma City. Read how I did it…
How I did it: With an abroad program, we had a guide who was awesome! He took us all the way to the top and at the very bottom we all started running down (which is crazy when you are all roped together). I highly recommend it. Read how I did it…
