I fingered it out that I got about 7 hrs sleep in working days. They are 0:00-5:30, 9:30-10:00 12:30-13:00. Lack of sleeping in the night make me feel really tired and sleeply during the day. The only way to fix this is that going to bed before 22:30. It’s really a hard job.

This morning I dreamed two mouse, which one is fat and funny, and the other is pretty small. I graped the fat funny one. He’s strong and struggled hard. The small one just disappeared. And later I feel she’s running really quickly on me. They both have a long thin tail.
I will try to sleep earlier at about 10:00pm to get 8 hrs sleep a day. So I will reset the sleep software today.
The only thing it did is just recording how much time I sleep, and show how much sleep I need.So when I feel really tired on Friday morning and Thursday morning. I choosed have my annual leave and late for work. It goes pretty well.
Reviewing the data, I found out that I can’t take the day with less than 8hrs sleep. I am walking on the edge of 6hrs. So it’s time to change the everyday schedule now.
