I love cooking, but I actually have never thought of doing this. I have a couple vegetarian books I use a lot and there’s always a few recipes I never try because I tend to stick with favorites. I think I’ll go through my favorites and try recipes I’ve skipped. I might try doing a recipe a day too and photograph each recipe.

How I did it: I found a community online called Etsy (etsy.com) and it's been a great resource to sell my craft online. I make handmade journals and other paper items. I just opened up a shop one day and started listing items. It's a lot of fun. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was originally planning on going on my own, but my college offered an "EL Seminar"/class on a trip to Italy. I applied and got in! We went a ton of places - Florence, Venice, Rome, Siena, etc. It was a lot to take in, but definitely worth it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I became vegetarian when I was 13 (I'm now 20). I saw some videos online and did some research and it just seemed like the right thing to do. I started giving up things slowly - first meat, then little things like meat broth and other ingredients that are byproducts of meat. It opened up so many food possibilities for me and I started cooking a lot more. Read how I did it…

I’ve being doing a good job with the goal. I’d probably say it’s completed, but I want to keep it here so I still get the reminders. I’ve been doing this project on flickr called “My Thirty Clicks” where I take a picture every day for a month following a monthly theme. It’s kind of like the 365 project, but monthly and with themes (which help me decide what to take a photo of). I also went to Italy for 3 weeks and took a bunch of photos so I’ve taken at least one photo every day this summer and hope to keep it up.
I want to go to more shows. The bands Cartel and Sparks the Rescue came to my college this year and that was my first concert in a while and that was a lot of fun. I’d definitely like to see some of my favorite bands in concert. I live near Chicago in the summer so I’m thinking it’d be fun to go to a few shows that come near here.
