Its very necessary to have correct posture otherwise one tend to suffer from spondylitis or back problems. I also feel that my posture needs to be improved.

Live can be enjoyed to the maximum only when I achieve what I want in my life and then enjoy every moment and minute of it. If I am able to lead purpose-driven and meaningful life, then I can say I can live to the fullest.
My mission of life is lead my life with respect and dignity. I must develop capacity to resist any disrespect and dis-honour from others whenever such occassion comes in my life. Otherwise, what is the meaning of life?
