Not much progress in this area. Dated lots of guys, but I really feel like this isn’t going to happen until after I graduate college. Not sure why, I just think the timing will be right then. At least, that’s what I tell myself.

How I did it: Lots of time spent organizing, planning, and brainstorming creative, fun ideas. You need a team who will support you, and let you lead. Make time for you! Take breaks from the ministry or you'll burn out. Keep the adult congregation in touch with what is going in the kid's ministry. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I had taken private lessons previously, but was still not able to swim well. So I took the plunge (no pun intended) into lessons again because I was going on vacation to Hawaii. This is a never ending cycle that makes me feel crazy. But hey – I wouldn’t be American if I wasn’t in debt. Some day…some day.
I can’t believe that this time next year I will have graduated from college. I never thought I would be this close. Going to college off and on over the last 10 years made this process seem never-ending. But since 2008, I jumped into full time classes and full time work. It’s been stressful, but so worth it. I can’t wait to be finished, but I know the truly educated never stop learning. So I intend on being a lifelong learner.
