How I did it
How I did it: She recently told me that I saved her life. That if it hadn't been for me, her eating disorder could have led to her eventual death. What did I do? I was a friend. I looked out for her, helped her get counseling and held her hand every step of the way. I helped her pick out food to eat. I was a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to, and someone looking out for her. That's all. Read how I did it…

well, at this point all of my college friends, some of my childhood friends, and my siblings know. don’t know how my parents will handle it, but, it’s been surprisingly easy in a way. the hardest part has been psyching myself up to tell people, but it’s a relief afterwards.
