Practice, practice, practice. I know that’s the only way I can do it effortlessly and efficiently. Haha. I don’t care how impatient the people get, I just have to do my job. Right.

Ok, I am not sure what it is about Hawaii that’s pulling me there. I have never been to Hawaii. I watched “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” (again!) several nights ago and all sorts of ideas and images floated around my head. I can see myself connecting with the spiritual essence that lies on the islands of Hawaii. It’s paradise I can lose and find myself in. I don’t know if it’s just myself craving the energy of the Pacific Ocean once again because I was born on the islands and spent some of my childhood years or some other reason. But I long to be westward bound.
So I am doing this goal again because I haven’t kept a steady exercise routine for a long time and my body isn’t as firm as it was almost a year ago. I have been eating a lot of unnecessary junk food/snacks and it became noticeable, to me anyways. The past week I cut down on the snacks and sugary foods. It’s a bit challenging because I have a sweet tooth at times, haha. But I noticed that when I cut down on the snacks I started to crave it less. My weight is always see-sawing. It’s not at a point where it’s extreme but a lot of times I just don’t eat because too much is on my mind. I am trying to get back into a regular exercise routine because of how good it made my mind and body feel. It took my mind off things, cleared my mind even. So far my stomach is firmer, my body doesn’t ache as much from lack of exercise, my posture and energy is improving once again.
