How I did it: I was given a hard task by my wife of finding a nice restaurant on a small budget. After searching for couple of weeks, I finally found one. It's called JAR and it has a nice menu and high review on Eatability. Read how I did it…
How I did it: For me it was all about replacing dessert with more food during dinner. I was not overweight to start with, but I felt cravings for sweets after dinner. I realised that if I am very full after dinner, I don't feel like dessert. So now I eat more during dinner, and don't eat sweets for dessert. I have some fruit instead.
