It really defeats the purpose of completing set projects if i keep starting new ones. Seriously.
I decided to end this because it want to stay more focused under the lose 30 pounds. I can still work towards the healthy lifestyle, just under that goal.
Finally made it to the gym at the crack of dawn this morning. I managed 45 minutes on the treadmill. Hopefully this will be the kick-off of going on a daily basis.
I am just trying to get to 225lbs. I am currently at 230.
