i have been getting out a lot more :) now that i’m working two jobs again, not so sure i will be able to keep it up, but i have been on the road almost every week. i have been out seeing a lot of cool stuff, and had a lot of fun!

How I did it: Had to get up very early to go to a NASCAR race for my birthday. While driving to the track, I got to watch the sun rise. Since then, I have gotten into the habit of going to the gym at 5:30 every morning, so I get to see sun rises quite often :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had to cut down first, then find other things to do in the evenings and on the weekends (when I wasn't working) - outlets for my emotions and energy. I got back into hiking and running. I registered to run some races so I would have a goal to work towards. Then I just stopped drinking altogether. well, ran another 10k yesterday. hoping to run the hatfields and mccoys half marathon in april. if i can achieve that goal, i will be right on track for my marathon in november of 2009 :) just holding my breath – don’t want to get hurt again or have to have random surgery…
