I go to strip clubs often, usually with my boyfriend but about once a month my girlfriends and I all get together and go to one. Just us girls, no men. You should see the looks on the guys faces when they see 6 girls walking in and having more fun then they are. When I go with my boyfriend, he always “buys” a lap dance for me. He really enjoys watching some hot chick grinding all over my lap, lol. To be honest, I actually enjoy it too! If you haven’t been to a strip club yet I suggest you try it out, it’s definately worth doing. You won’t be dissapointed and neither will any one who gets to watch:-)

How I did it: I used to eat really fattening foods like a whole plate of french toast or a cheeseburger and fries late at night before bed, sometimes I would even wake up in the middle of the night and start noshing on junk. Finally I'd had enough, I was climbing past 180 lbs with no energy and no desire to "live" life. I started replacing my late night food fest with a bowl of cereal (even kids cereal is really healthy for you). I decided every m… Read how I did it…
I know it might sound like a petty goal to some but it’s actually quite a problem for me. Every time I am stuck in traffic I get terrible “road rage.” I sometimes think if I had a gun I might shoot somebody, lol, I’m really just joking on that one but the thought has crossed my mind from time to time. I can’t explain what happens to me when I get like this but it’s an awful feeling. My heart starts racing, my hands get shaky and I get so mad! Anyways, yesterday happened to be one of these stuck in traffic days and to my amazement I was really quite calm. I blasted my i-pod and used an excercise a friend told me about. She said that she does this when the “mood” strikes her and it helps her out every time. So I closed my eyes, (only when traffic wasn’t moving lol), took long & deep breaths, and thought about another place and time. A memory that I have of some wonderful times and people that I miss. Believe it or not it was a very useful tip that she gave me, one that I had thought of myself numerous times but never actually thought it would work. So to that end, I would like to say…thank you my friend:-)
Every time I talk to my Mom I tell her I love her. I try to have a serious talk with her at least once a month about my life and hers. I always make sure that she knows how unbelievably grateful I am that I have her as my Mom, and how thankful I am that she gave me life and showered me with more love than I could’ve ever known. I want her to know that there will never be another person whom I will have a greater love and respect for. There are no words that can describe how much I cherish her. Mom, you are my hero!
