I started singing more often after I had my first child, Jonah. I sang him to sleep as a newborn, and he LOVES music now….even my singing. I ended up joining the choir at church; it’s the highlight of my week!

I had to take Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid since I work at the YMCA. It at least gave me the peace of mind that I would know what to do if someone I loved was hurt/passed out/choking…whatever. Call the Red Cross or your local YMCA and get signed up!
Seriously, go to bed earlier. Exercise, eat more veggies – less sugar, less caffiene, drink more water. Also, get things ready the night before . . . program your coffee pot, lay out clothes, make lunch(es), take a shower. The most important thing, is formulate a list in your head of why you want to get up earlier . . . what will you accomplish, and that will be your motivation.
I get up at 5:30 or 6am everyday…yup EVERY. My toddler is an early bird!
