I’m a big Red Sox fan and, after spending the past few summers making pilgrimages to Fenway (I live in CA), I’m hoping to make it out to Wrigley in mid-June for the Cubs/Red Sox interleague series. At the very least, it’ll give me a chance to wear my “Garciaparra” shirt one more time…

I miss those late nights in college when my roommate and I would wander downstairs and spend hours honing our skills at 8-ball, 9-ball, etc., while luring everyone who passed by into a game (or two or three). Driving all the way to the local pool hall and paying by the hour just isn’t the same.
Each time I move into a new place, one of the first questions I ask is “Where can we fit a pool table?” Unfortunately, the answer always seems to be “Nowhere, unless you want to sleep on/under it.” But there’s always hope… we’re moving to a new house next month. :)
