Oh god, I wish I decided I was doing this before I ate all day!!! Today has to be the worst!
Breakfast: 1 small piece of cold cheese pizza
Lunch: Protein bar, 1 piece of Tillamok cheese, 5 M&M’s.
Snack: 2 pretzels filled w/ peanut butter, 1 choclate covered strawberry, 6 oz of gatorade
Typcially I’ll weigh myself in the AM, but instead I’ll do it right now 115.
I’ll come back for dinner….
5 pounds in 25 days. Each day I’m going to weigh myself (typcially in the morning), write down EVERYTHING I ate.
Still at 115. Now I am SO determined to loose 5 pounds in 25 days. Here’s my plan of attack.
1. Eliminating or excessivly cutting back on alcohol. NO RED WINE AT HOME alone.
2. fruit for breakfast & yogurt lunch. Dinner, really need to watch my portions. Must stay under 1,100 calories a day.
3. Hmmm, maybe workout?? I’ll go to hot yoga once in while. Then the gym here and there.
4. DRINK tons of h2o.
