I always get side-tracked or lose interest…it comes with having a very short attention span. I have read many books all the way through, but I would like to read another one.
I am going to read “My Stroke of Insight: A Brain Scientist’s Personal Journey” by Jill Bolte Taylor as soon as I receive it (I bought it off of half.com). I’ll let you know when I finish it!

I go through cycles. I will excerise every day, or at least every other day, for a month or two…then I stop. My goal is to turn exercise into a habit so I do it at least 3 times every week.

As of October 27, 2008, I’ve lost 12 pounds. Ultimately, I would like to lose another 10. I’ve already dropped at 2 pant sizes. I completely modified my diet, which is how I lost the weight. I have not been exercising since I started dieting; I’m excited to start adding exercise into the mix and see even more weight come off.
