thats my goal i want to lose 22 kgs by the december 31st 2009…....my weight has always been a bit over the top….as a kid i was pretty normal till i got jaundice…after that i was not aloud to play as the other kids which is why i became a couch potatoe and i’ve been so since 1996…....but now i’ve decided that i’m going to do something about it…i know its not gonna happen overnight …...i intent to make a life change something that gonna be there for life not for a few months or years only…...and i’m gonna do it too…..>
i presently weigh 72kgs and my goal weight is 50 kgs…..

Why?
15 months ago
i want to keep a daily record of everything that went on in the day…things that made me happy,things that made me sad,angry,jealous,what i ate,what i bought, where i went,how i felt,whom did i meet,what did they say,.................and so on so forth…......i hope and feel that it will not only help me understand myself but will also help me improve as a person and also to overcome my obstacles both real and imaginery…..and most importantly i believe it will help to acchieve my goals….bcoz i can know where i’m going wrong and do something about it…......!
