How I did it: I read the book "It's All Too Much" by that clean-house guru on TLC (can't recall his name) to help get me motivated. Woo, I’ve discovered rebounding! My mom loaned me her trampoline, and it’s a lot of fun. I can just watch a half-hour show on TV and keep bouncing. I’m also doing some push-ups for strength training – I won’t say how many I can do at this point because it’s too embarrassing. When I reach a non-embarrassing number, I’ll say :)
Hm, fell off the wagon with this. Oh well…
