Ok remembered the salt this time. Decided to double the peppers with the intention is making more, but I think I cooked it down too long and it is just concentrated hotness. Still, I think it is an improvement.
I would call it “severely edible.” It strives to be “quite delightful.” Next time don’t be so stingy with the salt; adding it after the fact is like begging for forgiveness.
