Beautiful Language

I love how French sounds and I love France!! I have started listening to Michel Thomas and its working – helps you to think about it and construct your own sentences and not just repeating sentences! MT is very recomended!

get out of debt
I have an appoinment with http://www.cccltd.co.uk/ on Monday

They are a charity debt agency – they will negociate with my lenders and hopefull freeze the interest! I still pay them back just not the stupid high credit cards rates!

see the aurora borealis
Giant Green Cosmic Slug

I was vey excited when my boyfriend offered me a skiing holiday in Finland in replacement of forgetting flowers on Valentines Day.

I tracked the phenomenon on this website http://www.gedds.alaska.edu/AuroraForecast/ and was pleased to discover that the week he had chosen gave me a high chance of experiencing the Aurora Borealis.

It was the last day of our holiday and we were walking back to the hotel. I told him that I’d had a magical time and it was shame that I had not seen the AB and then of course it happened.

I stood for a moment, as I often do, to behold and be in awe of the stars, and I wished for the sky to put on a sow for me. Slowly, what looked like a giant green cosmic slug moved and shimmered across the sky. It faded, I took a drag of my cigarette and felt happy.

I hope he manages to forget Valentines Day every year.
