ok, so i’m going to start putting everything i eat on here, again. Hoping this time it goes better for me and i don’t forget to do it!
I exercised for about 40-50 minutes
Today i had…
Breakfast: fruit salad with yougurt (small green apple, 3 strawberries, and a banana)
Lunch: Grilled chicken, 1/4 fat free cottage cheese, and 2 tbsp of salsa.
Snacks: spple, cereal, ceral bar, few pieces of candy
Dinner: same as lunch
