I did not meet what I feel is my goal each day to read enough yesterday. My idea of 10mins per hour is not taking hold possibly due to distractions and lack of motivation. I need to tie or anchor something to the goal to make it stick. Try just doing it.
I feel as though I started a new beginning on yesterday with my first workout in a while. But I need to be careful of not overpromising myself and underdelivering. Not expecting too much and not feeling overwhelmed.There was one exercise in particular that released a lot of the tension. My thoughts are still on p/u at nite before bed and s/u in morn when first wake up. I did not do last nite or this morn b/c of my w/o yesterday. I keep worrying I will over do it when I have not exercised in a long time and that I have to start over each time because of lack of consistency. I am thinking my limited gym time/subscription will help me in the discipline department when it comes to working out. Yesterday did not bother me that I had to take time and that I felt I had or could be doing other things besides w/o. Half the battle is getting there. Establishing a routine of just getting there and then doing what is appropriate or my body will allow creates the habit to stick with it and a program of exercise.
