it took time, but I slowly stopped. At first, I involuntarily started swearing more than before I wanted to stop. Then, every time I swore, I would say to myself – stop swearing! And in about two months it finally tapered off. Now I can lose a shot at ping-pong without saying “Shit!” or “Fuck!”
