This week I was finally brave enough to try the pickles I canned in August of 06. They weren’t bad…a little too vinegary. The baby loved them, though—an added bonus.

A quick entry while the baby sleeps:
I’m now 4 classes away from finishing my degree. I took 2 this semester with an infant. I didn’t really think about what months 2-6 of his life would be like when I signed up for classes in the Fall. For some reason I thought I’d have my mama legs under me by 10 weeks.
I learned a lot about organization last semester. Mostly, that I ought to put him in day care 2 days a week if I’m going to take 3 classes in the spring.

I really had no idea how long it had been since I stopped by 43 Things until I read this message.
About a month after writing the last post, I/we concieved without fertility treatments! The timing was a bit off, but really, why complain?
Just 89 more days until he’s due :)
