I took a trip to Seattle by myself, between jobs, and it was completely worth it. I didn’t have to coordinate anything with anyone else unless I wanted to, and I could go and do and see what I wanted. Although I enjoy traveling with others, I also know now that I enjoy doing it alone too.

My new workplace is 2 miles from my house instead of 16, so I won’t be driving much anymore at all. I might even just walk it instead of taking public transit.
