mentally, i felt empowered!
physically, I am in great shape (lost 6 pounds) and was not tired all the time either…
Free yoga classes at the gym where I work out – wouldn’t think it’d be so great- but it was, and I love it.
Need to keep up with it however. maybe that should be a new goal.
