oh I sooo love raves

Love the music, love the people, love the general feeling of dancing in the same massive way as all the others. It´s exciting I highly recommend it. A couple of years ago I was a hardcore raver but now I´ve settled down a bit.

i loved pilates with all my heart, but after 5 months I had so much pain acummulated on my back my doctor had to give me valium VALIUM!
then i tried it some more (2 months to be exactly) and I ended up in bed screeeching in pain.
but pilates is beautiful harmonius etc.
just not for me…
