This has been a personal goal for myself for about 7 years now…ever since I went to a graduation party at this girls house, and every single girl there was wearing a bikini but me…i was mortified!...i mean i’ve gotten over that now but thats what began the goal of fitting into a bikini …it’s just something i’ve always wanted…for myself so i can feel more confident, and not be so self- conscious all the time. My consequence might sound a lil dumb, but I seriously love that show! :) Good luck to me!

Run in the mornings
what the heck happened?

okay so i ran track in high school for four years! i want to be thinner than this picture above ( that was taken during my first semester of college)! once i graduated two years i stopped running completely! Big mistake. I lost shape and put on 35 pounds. Although this is not an easy thing for me to admit, I plan on losing 55 lbs by next summer. I plan to achieve this by running almost every day if not every day, whether it is outside when it’s nice out or at the gym when the weather is crappy. This is a very important goal to me, and I just need a little motivation to keep me going. But, I think I can definitely do this, and I know it is not going to be easy. I am going to give this everything I’ve got!
