I have an appointment for a 1hr private knitting lesson tomorrow! I can’t wait start this. I’ve been wanting to knit for years but haven’t had the patience to try myself, and have procrastinated taking a lesson. I hope I can pick it up…

How I did it: signed up to the gym (YMCA) and made myself go to Body Pump classes on a regular basis. Also, had the trainers there create a small weights machine regimen for me so that I would know I had no excuse if a pump class wasnt on Read how I did it…
How I did it: Had a friend doing it alongside me, who lives overseas. We went thru it together & communicated thru a private group page we made on Facebook. was nice having a partner in doing it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I made a commitment to do The Artist's Way in full, with a friend. We support each other kindly. I also bought myself a new funky notebook & some nice pens. I wake up 30 mins earlier than when I need to and find a nice spot to write in. Read how I did it…

i’m in week 4 as we speak. i’m a bit out of sorts this week. and with reading deprivation shouldn’t really be online (as it’s another source of distraction i employ regularly). but i’m a bit under the weather today and i’ve decided to pop by 43Things to see how i’m going.
I’m generally being very discipline & diligent with my Artist’s Way journey this time. it’s been many years since i’ve done the entire book. Now, I started an online “secret facebook group” with a friend. we’re doing it together with tender loving support for each other. It’s really great doing it with a friend – even though we live continents apart we’re able to chat about the experience.
i am hoping i will continue doing this book & it’s activities. and that in 8 weeks time I can tick off this item on here!
weaning myself off. hoping it goes away and withdrawal isnt too bad. mostly hope i can stay off and not need them again :)
