A cool network of folks, we do just about anything media. Now we’re looking at an arts complex. Goals in this include: Get out of the service buisness (i.e. selling things to clients and work with more partners).
It is very, very hard and probably will never stop being so. It’s kind of like having a child, I think as it can sometimes consume your life. But it is a way to freedom of many sorts.
The one thing you don’t realize before you start is the number of things you might need to think about along the way.
Get a good accountant.
